-An additional pet charge of $20 per stay with a maximum of 2 pets allowed, please select the pet cleaning fee add-on   when booking your reservation. Kindly dispose of your pet's waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. If there is damage caused by pets, you may be responsible for additional charges.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the suites and a $200 cleaning charge will be added if you smoke inside
-We  request that you clean your dishes and the BBQ (if you use it) and  that you leave the sofa bed in the upright position, otherwise there may be a $25 fee.
